I think you generalize the hell out of these people. You cannot be thinking that every police officer out there is "cop gangster".
However, if this story you provided is true. These cops should be charged with murder. Why did they receive no charge is just pain weird.
90% of cops are good decent people. Of those however 80% of them will cover for the bad 10%. Thats a problem.
I don't agree with you often, but on this point you are 100% correct.
The unfortunate thing is that the few good cops left, those that are disgusted by the actions of the majority of police officers, simply give up and leave. This only perpetuates the problem, and will ultimately lead to the police suffering blowback on a large scale. That, in turn, will lead to much violence and bloodshed once the populace is finally fed up.
