I'm glad you know that every single person in prison in the state of Texas is a murderer.

Even if they were though they're still entitled to basic humane living conditions which don't kill them. Yes, that is the legal obligation of the state of Texas. Every court ruling supports this idea and you're a fool for not trying to avoid such obvious legal problems.

As for your little jpeg illustration...please.

Heavily armed and easily p*ssed? LMAO...don't make me laugh. Lone Star types run their mouths a lot, but that's about it. They ain't scaring anyone.
<sniffle><sniffle> Wahhhhhhh some prisoners died.....

Maybe if they had half a brain they wouldn't have done something illegal to wind up there in the first place...

Chart, Texas Prisons Are Hot Enough to Kill You
Hogs on a farm deserve more compassion than the swine in prison....

I say run the heaters clear through july....

We spent a lot of time defending the interests of these politicians in different deserts, I personally witnessed many heat casualties from 1990 onward.
Never saw an AC during any deployment, and never saw a thread here on the subject.
Screw a bunch of whining thugs and their bleedind heart supporters.
Suck it up

Your thread name doesn't match your attitude.

Or how about this? Let us see how you change your mind about someone not being in the comfort of air conditioning after they rape, kill, or terrorize someone YOU love.

92 workers were also treated for heat related issues. Heat indices reached 149 degrees!!!!

Forget the prisoners for a second. Who the hell agrees to work in these conditions?

dude...theres some guy that just went into that prison for theft...of between 750-20,000. He's 23. And has a life sentence.

Meanwhile banking execs who laundered millions of drug money got nothing.

Yup, theres some awesome justice all right.

All the county jails are air conditioned, but yes most of the prisons aren't. I can remember when lots of folks didn't have it, so I'm not to sympathetic. I think Arkansas recently added it and perhaps Arizona too. Not sure, don't really care.

Prison is punishment.

Can't stand the heat, don't do the crime.

Simple.
