He shouldn't be forced to sell his team, but that's another matter. I'm guessing that I'm wrong but there is a clause in the amendment secton of the By-Laws where it only takes 3/4 of the owners to vote on, change or make another amendment, I haven't seen a lawyer mention the this section yet so I'm guessing that I'm wrong on the interpretation.
It clearly states that a new amendment can be put into the By-Laws with written notice to board of governors and the new Amendment needs only a 3/4 vote. Am I wrong because the proposed amendment would come after Sterlings comments and that fact would make it impossible to stand up in court?
