The US offshored it all after Clinton admin laid the leverage and market ground work. Govt investment funds have made a killing off of offshoring, still are. DnR doesn't matter.

The legacy of liberal policy

1. NAFTA under Clinton
2. China most favored nation trade status under Clinton
3. High corporate taxes
4. EPA regulations
5. Obamacare
6. Restrictions on energy exploration on federal lands
7. Erosion of the family through WIC, welfare, women's movement and gay marriage
8. Open door immigration policy which has flooded the US with poor, uneducated labor
9. High personal income taxes
10. Support of the Trial Lawyer's Association and class action suits
11. Affirmative Action- seeking and supporting lower performance due to race

Liberalism, if left unchecked, will destroy America; they are half way there.

What a bunch of crybabies, keep on blaming Obama for things that happen on the other side of the Earth.
The EPA under Obama has issued many new regulations.....that is one thing that made other counties attractive.

The first thing on your list was started under a conservative president.. He just ran out of time to sign it.

I doubt that has much to do with China's increasing GDP. As Chinese salaries rise their consumer spending rises as well (and by default their GDP). The EU surpassed the USA in GDP, but the USA is far more lenient on labor and the environment. Additionally, manufacturing - which is more sensitive to EPA rules - has increased in the USA (not the jobs though, just the output.) over the past 4 years.

It probably depends on which EU country you compare us to, but as a generalization, yes I do believe the US is more lenient.
