I voted other. Sexual orientation is not a concern of the federal government. That was given to the individual states as enumerated in the 10th amendment. If a state judge wants to legislate from the bench and residents allow it so be it. Some appeal and if they don't like the that ruling they push for the SCOTUS. The Constitution has no regards to most of what SCOTUS rules on which is unconstitutional in itself.
