It was the village idiot Bush who created the influx of veterans needing medical care and overburdened the VA medical system.
It is as lost on conservatives as it is lost on Bush. (Of course, Pelosi never blamed anything on Bush and never mentioned his name, and that doesn't matter to wingnuts, either)
After watching her over the past several years, I would say she likely has a drinking problem. Either that, or is on some type of BigPharma med that makes her a babbling fool.
It is abhorrent to me these politicians care more about blaming past politicians and shirking their responsibility/culpability than helping to solve the problem. Shame, shame on them.

Doesn't anybody remember the 'scandal' when it was disclosed (during Bush's term) that Walter Reed Army Hospital was a disaster? This is not a new issue.
