I disagree. I do not believe a teacher should be carrying on campus. I think a teacher's first priority should be shepherding students to safety in the event of a threat, so a security team can do its job. You will not convince me otherwise.
That said, I admit that I live in an affluent suburban area where there is ample funding and support for school security, including SROs, who are sworn officers or deputies.

I partially agree with you, but I also believe that teachers should have the capability to defend themselves and their charges when there is no path to safety available.
As long as the NRA sells more guns, all is good though.
And as long as your buddy ole joe biden say they don't have time to proscute federal law..
