great ruling and also the other case was ruled against Obama so people who don't to be a Union member don't have to pay!

Well, duh. So many important cases are being decided 5-4 or 6-3 these days.

Hobby Lobby 1, Obamacare 0.

Initially the live blog said 6-3 but clarified later. Two dissentions werent full dissentions or something or another.
