Actually, this applies to the majority of businesses in the United States.

When has that kind of logic ever come into play with regard to the government?

Don't force employers to do the social justice bidding of the government.
If the government wants everyone to have free birth control then let the government pay for it themselves (higher taxes folks).
Stop demanding social justice with someone else paying for it.

You want social justice then open that wallet yourself.
Except, evidently, to publicly-held companies. The ruling does not apply to them.

It's still a win for companies which didn't even have that option before.

No one is denying birth control. Women will just have to pay for it themselves.
Or let the government pay for their "free" birth control.

Before Obamacare women had to pay it themselves.

So this is not some new financial burden on women.

People need to grow up and take responsibility.
Seems like an ounce of prevention would be wiser than unwanted children becoming a burden to society later. We have the highest teen pregnancy rate of any civilized country, removing birth control doesn't seem like a great idea.

They want to eliminate birth control and they also wish to prevent abortions, seems that those two solutions are in direct conflict.

So we will see if any companies will hold on to their religious beliefs in the face of going public and making millions.

Unless they had insurance that covered it.

Also, if the government pays for it, then you pay for it.

Also, too, it really shouldn't be my employer's business what prescription medication I need. But that horse is so dead, so we shant beat it.

So individuals still need to pay the fine/tax but corporations don't need to provide coverage for certain things that violate its religion? Sounds about right for America. When was the last time you saw a corporation in a church? Oh yeah... Never!

"Closely held" corporations. I guess it is a win for the Catholic Church, but I wonder it this will lead to more abortions.....
