If one would not have lewd photos on their phone they would not have "half asleep thumb" issues.
It could be shown by a really good prosecutor that the intent to send the lewd photograph to an underage person was present simply because there is a lewd photograph on your phone.

The OP once again posts something I think he imagines is thought provoking or somehow insightful. But is isn't either. It is just boredom.

Running your car over people could be the result of your right foot simply pressing a mechanical device that somehow controls the flow of gasoline to the energy. Can you defend that as an accidental action of your right foot?

As ANYONE knows today, you can do a lot, both good and bad, just by pressing your finger against something.
