I actually think that video shows how "dangerous" Brown really isn't. - scratch that out -
wasn't.
Yes, shoving the clerk and using his size to intimidate him in order to steal is typically seen as an act of peace. I'm sure that he would have wanted to send this clip in along with his college application.
I just love how nobody here knows the actual facts of what went down yet jump to conclusions. A few witnesses say that Brown had his hands up when he was shot. Some say he was shot in the back. Just a few days ago, up to 12 witnesses say that Brown was attacking the cop when he was shot. I dont know what happened and neither do the majority of you. Therefore jumping to conclusions and labeling this cop a murderer is plain wrong.
At most, if Brown had lived he would have been charged with causing offensive physical contact to
another person, not causing injury to another person.
There is a broad spectrum there, varying from state to state. Like I said - quit trying to portray
him doing a physical act that he did not do. Is there some reason why you folks can not just say
he shoved a clerk, instead of constantly saying he "strong armed" "assaulted" the clerk.
Why the dramatics of that incident. Isn't the shooting of Brown by Wilson dramatic in itself.
BTW, Brown did not the clerk.
Have you ever even watched Law & Order?
You need to identify codified law in a charge before a court when prosecuting someone.
I can just imagine you as a prosecutor...
"Your honor, the state is charging Brown with being a meanie."
(Judge fumbles thru Missouri statutes trying to identify the offense)

Reason: PLEASE don't make it personal
It's NOT common knowledge. You just made that up. Peaceful people do NOT physically assault people - smaller, larger, or whatever.
Why don't YOU tell me the stats of Wilson since you seem to think that's relevant. I don't. I think it's relevant that Brown already showed a propensity towards physically assaulting another human being.
I'm not bringing up the size, YOU are!! Good grief. I even said why does size even matter as a question in my previous comment because it DOESN'T! What matters (once again), is that Brown already proved himself a person to physically assault another person.
Seriously, that hole you're digging? It's not getting better, only deeper.
Or verbally assault.
"Get the**** out the street!"

Reason: profanity again

"Well, well, well ... now the fact that no employee from the store, nor the store owner called 911 to report a 'theft' of cheap cigars, might explain why the DoJ did not want Ferguson Police Chief Johnson to release the tape. Add to that, the fact that even Ferguson Market attorney acknowledges the obvious, "Whatever the police are looking for on the surveillance tape, has nothing to do with what went on in the street."
Take away: the alleged theft of the cheap cigars was so insignificant to the Ferguson Market that they did not even bother to call 911 about it"
Thankfully that cop was suspended. Hopefully, termination follows. For cause.
