Ferguson Cops Busted? New Video Seems to Show Brown Paying for Cigarillos (Video) | Americans Against the Tea Party

Of course, the police intend everyone to believe that Michael Brown was a thug.

The autopsy reports show no sign of a struggle on Brown's hands either.

There is ONE( at least) public witness account that says he was shot in the back.

What does that tell us now?

Do you have any idea how badly a witness who used this kind of weasel logic would get savaged in a court of law? Our justice system does not operate on hearsay, intuition, mind reading, nor ouija boards

From the site that you linked.

The confrontation between Brown and the clerk may have been because Brown impatiently reached across the counter. Perhaps it was wrong for Brown to shove the employee (it is impossible to know what words were exchanged) but this footage seems to exonerate him. It is important to note that Brown only shoved the clerk after he put his hands on him.
In any case, neither the employee nor the store owner called law enforcement–something that would surely happen if Brown committed a “strong-arm robbery.”

Ladies and Gentlemen of the jury, I rest my case.

And, Wilson told them to get the **** off the sidewalk (according to Johnson).

What's with all this low character stuff. He was 18 years old. Does he have a lengthy criminal
record that no one knows about. Just because someone steals cigars does not mean they
beat police officers or even grab at their weapons.

That is Wilson's version. And really, what other version is Wilson going to have.

I also think the female (Crenshaw) who videotaped the aftermath is a credible witness.
I will be curious as to witnesses the police brings forth.

Yeah, the witness who recorded the aftermath is a credible witness. Why wasn't the entire thing recorded? I think we all know why.

That could be the one shot in the back of the arm the medical examiner couldn't rule out that was fired when Brown had his back to the officer, we don't know for sure one way or the other.

That people see different things. How many people thought Kennedy was shot from the front
on that grassy knoll that day?

Does not mean the witness is lying. No. It means what they saw, appeared to them that way.

Interviews on CNN are neither a Grand Jury hearing room, nor a court of law. Granted, it makes for grand drama, but it is not a substitute for our system of justice.

So that means that he was already shot multiple times and was a non-threat before being executed after the officer.

That's according to an eyewitness interviewed on CNN that has not come forward before.

I don't know the witness count, but its above 5 and all have similar stories. It was an execution. Brown did not attack the cop.
