And some corroborate the officers story. Wanna take a bet on what the FBI witnesses (not CNN's) corroborate?

His first shot was to get Brown to turn around.

The subsequent shots were to kill Brown, face to face, man to man.

The cop is a cheatin' cowboy.

If you're asking my opinion and speculation before any possible trial, then fine - I believe that the officer probably reacted to the criminals attack and shot in defense. I don't believe at all that the officer was out for revenge, or decided to execute anyone.

You trying to rhetorically remove the "premeditation" of the crime to get the sentence reduced?

Was the officer being assaulted at the time of the shooting, or before he gave chase to Brown?

You (among many) have no clue about how quick an event like this can go, and how ridiculous it is to expect Roland of Gilead like forethought and speed when involved in a shooting.

Assaulted or about to be (again). He was, after all, shot in the front and not from behind.

Faulty premise - there in all likelihood was no crime committed by the officer.

Lol @ "premeditation"... right...

That's why cops are trained to use proper procedure.

Proper procedure inhibits hotheadedness.
