So an average sized cop is going to grab a guy built like an NFL lineman like he's a little kid?

Guess what...the local schools would LOVE to hire Black teachers, but there simply aren't many applying. I used to manage a company in my neighborhood which is highly diverse. When negotiating a contract with a local Black leader he wanted to know how many Blacks I employed. I told the truth 2 out of 23. One of which is a Manager. He got mad & demanded to know why there weren't more Blacks? I told him, I have never once received an application from a Black person in response to the job ads I placed. The two Blacks we did have were a friend of mine & a friend of another employee. You can't hire people if they don't apply.

You can always alter your applicant pool, if you want to. You may have to find them in another town or at a historically black college, etc. Lots of ways to do that.

I'm quite sure they know that. They've probably attended multiple seminars on the subject. They just didn't want to do it or didn't make it a priority.

Quite a few things have been refuted, starting with the Police Chief having to correct himself
that Brown was not stopped because of the robbery.
Was he supposed to wait until he made sure he didn't have a gun? Is this some kind of sporting contest.

Media packed up and left, National Guard went home and only 50 protesters showed up.
This due to the new evidence released that puts Brown as the aggressor.

Media pull out amid new evidence Brown was aggressor
Many news media services already had begun packing tents and television transmission vehicles as word circulated through the Ferguson community of further evidence that the black teen shot and killed by a police officer was the aggressor, resisting arrest after his suspected role in a convenience store robbery.

What you trying to say??
Context is key. It wasn't an insult. It was a response to a poster who claimed that in order to hire black applicants, one needs to do more than put out a basic job ad.

Grand Jury won't make a decision until October.
By then it will be long forgotten and not even a blip on the nightly news.

Brown's family is not out though..they have over $100K in that fundme site and the 3 other kids have full scholarships to any college they want.

I wonder what happens with the money if they don't go?

Apologies then. I took it as, why don't black people find/have jobs.

I'm over here like if you only knew...
