If the repubs would pull a bit left and the dems would pull a bit right they might actually be able to pull their heads from their own asses..that would be a nice change.

Those are just establishment republicans. Still anti raising min wage, anti poor people, against paid maternity leave for women and still wanting to attack any country possible...I am talking REAL republicans...Those willing to compromise on things and the same goes for the democrats. I want a politician that's strong on 2nd amendment,Pro life and anti illegal immigration and anti war for the most part but pro the people...take care of those at home not corporations first.

Default Republicans must abandon who they are

In order to survive as a major political party in this country, Republicans MUST redefine themselves. They must completely discard the bigoted, minority-hating, rich-supporting, warmongering ideology they have cursed this country with. There is no place in this society for a political party that is the haven for bigoted white men, no place for a party that has more in common with the Klan than it does not, and no place for a party whose favors making the rich richer, while everyone else goes to hell. This is why.

They must become like DEMOCRATS to survive and join us in modern times, not pretend to do so as a way to sucker in votes during election years.
