I think something interesting must be behind the story, maybe not something the media could run with but interesting none the less.

They arrested and charged 3 people with aggravated assault, simple assault, recklessly endangering another person, and criminal conspiracy: Philip Williams, Katherine Knott and Kevin Harrigan.
Katherine Knott is the daughter of the Chief of Police of Bucks County PA.
