Are the Arabs just afraid or unable to fight, or do they secretly agree with the ISIS agenda? (Taliban, soldiers)

And how is that incorrect? Having a destabilized Syria embroiled in a proxy war between Iran and the Sunni Gulf states is a huge strategic advantage for Israel.

how do you know what Israel wants? Did you interview every Israeli citizen?
please, take your generalizations and ASSumptions elsewhere. You just embarrass yourself posting this nonsense.
People have already spoken, whoever created ISIS needs to take care of it, that's all !!
'whoever created ISIS' is the West, so I guess we needs to take care of it. Not that we invented ISIS, but we plowed the field, planted the seeds and watered them - now ISIS is in full bloom.
The 'plowing' occurred when the 2 dimwits, Bush & Cheney, toppled the one man who kept that region under his iron fist, Saddam Hussein; the 'seeds' were planted when the West installed an Iraqi leader who aggravated the Shia-Sunni divide, while taking billions in US aid; the seeds were 'watered' when the West decided to give millions in aid to the 'moderate' rebels in Syria, in order to do Turkey's behest and topple a moderate leader, and hand it over to Al Qaeda and worse.
We didn't seem to care much when the Christians were being slaughtered, but when the US interests in Erbil were threatened we took action. If the US interests in Baghdad are threatened, especially the airport and military base, we may see ground troops because the Iraqi soldiers can't seem to fight much. Erbil was a success because the Kurds knew how to fight.
Outside of just protecting our interests, we need to go in and help the Syrian Kurds since we, in effect, are responsible for their slaughter. We also need to arm the Christian militias, so they can protect their own neighborhoods.
"Islamic State would not exist without Western help and support by the Arabic Gulf States, and Turkey.
Sanction and to punish powers that supporting Islamic State, arm those that have been fighting the terrorists for years, the Syrian army."

Would you care to explain how that is nonsense? How does Israel not benefit in the short term by having extremist Sunni's fighting each other and a hostile neighbor (and Iran's client state) being embroiled in a never ending civil war that drains it and Iran's ability to threaten their security?

Syria is a middleman for the Middle East. Before the war, nothing could get through without Syria's knowledge. In some cases its a gain and some cases its not, but in all cases it's not huge. For now it keeps Hezbollah busy, so that is sort of a gain but it doesn't stop Iran from sending rockets to Hezbollah (which Israel has blown up in mid-shipment) through Syria (which Syria charge Iran to do). It's destabilized the border with Israel so now Israel has to guard another border because the UN chickened out and ran away (into Israel). There is so much to Syria that it will take volumes to cover. We could go all the back to post WW1 after the Ottoman Empire fell and Syria tested the waters to be the new Empire on the Western Middle East when they tried to claim both mandates as theirs. Syria has their hands in so many things that they fit the meaning of "too big to fail".
Americans shot Arab kids and pissed on dead soldiers, humiliated POWs etc. The hatred is rooted deep.
The media is responsible too.
Its interesting that we understand and must tolerate why Muslims hate us, but they can't understand why we hate them or at least have a severe disliking of them.
All the horrid acts we've committed against Muslims, they have done to us ten times as worse and much more often and frequently in our own nations. And that doesn't even count how much worse the atrocities that Muslims commit against each other on a daily basis that never get mentioned. Yet all Muslims ever care about is how we have wronged them and never stand up and take responsibility when they've wronged us.
How many Muslims have stood up and apologized for those 1500 children in the UK that were raped by Muslim men? How many Muslims have ever apologized for the countless other crimes they commit in our countries? Yet everytime we make a mistake we have to apologize or else face more Muslim anger. Talk about Muslim hypocrisy.
And to answer the original question, simply put Arabs are too stupid and uneducated and too religious to ever form a strong modern conventional army. From the top to bottom, practically every Arab army is somewhere between a total mess to barely passable as a fighting force. That's why everytime we've faced them, we've completely destroyed them with one hand behind our backs.
Many Arabs/Muslims are indeed brave, but they simply cannot understand modern military tactics and strategies which is why they make great gorilla fighters and terrorists, but poor soldiers.
They don't have highly professional militaries in those countries is why. Barring Egypt and Turkey, most arab militaries are not of the same discipline as western militaries. Plainly put it, they are not of the same caliber and know they would not do that well.
