Sometimes it seems a civil war may break out in the USA. I dont know if it would be geographic or race related, perhaps inner city fighting or against the government.

There is a civil war coming? Obviously I assume you are talking about the new mid season drama on NBC called Civil War that starts this January, right?
No doubt, the very day after General Lee and General Grant left Appomattox Court House (April 9, 1865) people starting publishing books about the 'upcoming civil war'.
Indeed, the period during the Civil War was probably the only time that books weren't being published about the upcoming civil war.

If there ever were to be a civil war again in the U.S. I think it would be us versus the politicians..not an us vs us war.
