Yes. Witnesses said he was shot while trying to surrender. Gunned down in cold blood and left lying in the street. The prosecutor is a biased man who has covered up similar things in the past and has a grudge against blacks because of his family. The black community asked that he recuse himself and he refused. Prosecutors control grand juries. They get what they want from them. Now the entire process is properly going to be dismissed as a sham.
Pretty much every witness except the kids buddy that got his story out while the others kept quiet out of fear of the rioters.....has backed up the cops version of events.
Oh wait, and the aunt of the kid that got shot that wasn't there came out to the press with her version of what happened.

Kinda reminds me of 1964 when decent Black people trying to take care of business were murdered by the KKK down south. Just in 2014 some of the decent Black people are being kept in "their place" by ANOTHER group of terrorists, otherwise known as Black hood rats.
There will be riots and it won't just be in Ferguson. There will be cities burning across the nation, St. Louis, Chicago, Milwaukee, LA. This will look like after the MLK shooting. Black people will not tolerate their male children being gunned down by white vigilantes and cops who are subsequently found "innocent" of their crime.
You post good reasonable stuff and then you post stuff like this that sounds crazy.
There are no white vigilantes and it appears this shooting was justified.
It's Sunday morning now, let's do a quick search of all the murders that happened Saturday night and see what dominates the reporting. I'd suspect it would be Black on Black killing.

An 18-year-old man died and a 19-year-old man was wounded in a shooting around 7 p.m. Saturday in the Englewood neighborhood on the South Side, said Chicago Police News Affairs Officer Hector Alfaro.
The two men were outside in the 6700 block of South Morgan Street when someone from another group of people fired shots, Alfaro said.
The results of the Grand Jury will be based on the evidence submitted--including numerous black witnesses who sided with the officer's account of what happened, but are afraid to say so in public because they're afraid of being harmed for speaking the truth.
C'mon boys and girls. There are many good and decent people there. Let's try to keep that in perspective. They are scared. I think that the GJ verdict is shortly coming out.

Tho in 2014 Dr King and Ms Parks IMHO would be "playing" with the big boys and girls of any race so they'd turn their backs on the hood rats. I say that because if a hood rat tried to play the "race card" with King or Parks, that hood rat would be called out on it every way from Sunday by both.
This case should have been a small story in the local papers with a follow-up after the investigation.
Not something for Obama to talk about at the UN.
