Let's settle this with a vote. He says "I've waited long enough..", but I don't think the American people want this. Is this legal?

Have we officially crossed the line from fascism into a full-blown dictatorship?

Obama taught constitution and knows how to tailer the rhetoric to fit his agenda. Give out a few Obamaphones, rob one group of Americans to pay subsidies to another and he's got a coalition that will support him without asking questions or thinking about the fallout.

They are loyal, just like Jim Jones followers were loyal even when it ended in death.

He can't. So the question is simply pointless.

What he can do is provide a temporary right to work and be here.

We have immigration laws.

Even those who enter illegally can work though the process.

Obama obviously thinks he has the legal right to unilaterally enact some aspects to immigration reform, but we don't know what his executive order will be, yet. It will be hard to comment until we see what he does.
