I know that car meant a LOT to Leno. You can't just go and buy a Hellcat today, even.

I see your point, Jay is really a A-hole for giving that car away. If the guy can't give away his whole collection and going on food stamps he isn't a real American. I know you have done much more for our servicemen.

Leno is one of the very few celebs I actually respect. I really don't find him all that funny as a comedian, but respect his dedication to preserving fine cars and his willingness to socialize with anyone that shares that passion. Not to mention his generosity in cases like this.

Yes, it's "amazing" how bitter and hateful people like you and the that other sorehead are.

Jay earned his money. And as far as I know, he pulled every string and paid really BIG money to get one ahead of everyone else.

And he gave it away. Without a flinch.

You sorehead greedy types have no idea, you think it's all about money. No, he gave away something of HIS, one of his most prized possessions (yes, I saw the interview of him showing it off). And all you can think about is to be bitter, jealous, and angry because he is well off.

And it's people like you who make one despair for the continuation of civilization.

How is this in any stretch of the imagination; Political or Controversial?

Some mod needs to move this to the Automotive forum.
