448 blacks killed whites -> 14% of total murdered whites
193 whites/hispanic killed blacks -> 7% of total murdered blacks

If you don't consider hispanics and whites as the same demographic then it's an even greater disparity.

It doesn't mean these are "hate crimes."

1. Blacks are disproportionately represented in the murder rate.

2. Blacks are only 13 percent of the United States.

Suppose you have 100 people, 13 of which are blue, some 50-60 are red, and we'll call the remainders purple. If one of those 13 blue people starts killing people randomly, the majority of the victims will probably be red.

If anything, black people disproportionately kill other black people.

100 years ago it was the other way around. Whites were lynching blacks (and today blacks are killing whites.)

And back then black people could not walk into white neighborhoods without being arrested or beaten (and today white people can't walk into black neighborhoods without getting beaten.)

Things have sure changed.
