Well, now. Let's see what these business owners do.
If they are already compliant with the law, it will not affect their bottom line at all.
If they fire all of their present employees and only hire the legal illegals so as to get out of providing health insurance, then who's the scum?
Leave it to a republican conservative to instantly see the advantages...to pass on the burden to ordinary taxpayers.
Not sure how many are not working already of the 5 million he is deferring deportations for $3,000 x perhaps millions is a lot of money. Where is this money coming from? It is despicable that Obama would encourage businesses to hire illegals over Americans. His despicable acts are more and more over the top every day.

97 percent of small businesses have less than 50 employees and won't be affected by this. Small comfort to the 3 percent that have 50+ people and spend over a million dollars a year just to pay their employees barely minimum wage. . Of course, that 3 percent is going to hire ALL THE ILLEGALS, too.
So this is a huge outrage.
Of those small businesses in the 3/100th percent category: 96% of those with 50-plus workers already provide insurance.
SO ALL THE ILLEGALS GET TO FIGHT OVER THAT 4 PERCENT OF 3 PERCENT OF COMPANIES THAT ARE LEFT.
It's once again Obama simply changing the laws he doesn't like. This is simply another case for the Supreme Court.
The ACA states that "lawfully present immigrants" are subject to the fines as an employee. The courts will strike all of this down. Obama does not have the ability to change laws on his own.

Exactly. So either way, people were going to be POed at Obama. Either: " My taxes are funding heath care for immigrants." Or "workers are only going to hire immigrants."
