its only a moot point if gruber didnt say that employer based insurance will become unfesible over the next 20 years
Your question was:
"Tell me something, if its unfeasible for employers to offer insurance to employees, woudlnt a $3K incentive make it far more affordable?"
If a company doesn't offer insurance to their employees then they face an Employer Mandate fee of $3,000 per employee irregardless of their immigration status. There is no "$3K incentive" to hire illegals

Under the ACA they are not provided insurance. Obama changed the law....he can't do that.

I asked if a $3K incentive would make it far more affordable? The fact that it may or may not exist, doesnt answer the question..

ACA offers far more than $3K incentive to illegals btw. if I hire someone under the table and avoid ACA, and healthcare, I bet this would save more than $3k per year..

ACA encourages this, or at the very least, part time workers.

Didn't you post a part of the law which said they need to be provided insirance if they have the kind of permit they were promised? It's true, which is why this 'incentive' is BS.

I don't know. You are quoting a liar. I know you believe every word he says, but don't expect everyone to be as gullible.

It is so funny to read how the conservatives are so unhappy about more federal laws, until they aren't.
