You would think the boom would have to end one day, but many predict it will continue to some time because globally the recovery has been limited to US, and when the rest of the world follows, it will fuel the markets even more.

And they are still hoarding guns in places like Ferguson, burying gold in backyards, etc, instead of trying to make money via investing.
This has been the prediction for about 8 years now or certainly the last 4 or 5. Of course there, eventually will be an adjustment, and what goes up must come down, but right now, it is a good time for many of us. would you prefer to keep your money under your matress, in a CD earning 1% or how about gold and silver?
I have no idea if it's propped or not. The income gap is spreading so the rich have a ton of money to invest.
