I would be fine with it, a mosque in my neighborhood would be no different than any other religious building in my neighborhood. Though they all would have the same thing in common, I would be going to none of them.

Lol...Conservatives are easily the most fearful people I've ever seen in my life. The harder they cling to that political philosophy, the more fears they have.
Government wants to take their guns, gays wanna molest their sons, atheists wanna take away their Christmas, the poor wants to take all of their tax money, blacks want to kill all of them and take their women, Hispanics want to take over the whole country, and liberals want to eradicate their churches.
The worst thing about it is that they can't hear themselves...They're totally impervious to their own voices.

What I love is when a conservative advocates trampling all over the 1st Amendment rights of Muslims and a liberal responds by saying - "hey, Muslims have 1st Amendment rights too" - the conservative reacts by calling the liberal a "Muslim apologist" who supports the ideology of Islamic fundamentalists.
Conservatives who do this are either morons or snake-tongued liars.
