I think MLK was a fine leader for the Black community back in the day.
Blacks were treated as second class citizens and MLK fought the good fight for equal rights.
We need another MLK right about now that will push Sharpton and Jesse out of the picture for good.

We shouldn't HAVE to need another MLK right about now, imo. Sharpton and Jackson should have gotten off the stage by now although Sharpton wasn't considered a leader anyways.

Who is the voice of black America? Boko haram??????? Black squad of Memphis? The polar bear hunters who is the true voice????? The many remorseful angry felons that post on CDf???? Or is it the good people in the community I have known???? Who is it who speaks???

Are you ashamed of or embarrassed by Sharpton. He's not The Leader or the Only Leader, maybe not even the most respected leader. But to say he's not A Leader is ridiculous.

Here is the truth. Anyone with critical thinking would understand that these groups you mention are not the voice of Black Americans. Most people don't even know who these groups are much less pay any attention to them.
You want to know who the voice of Black America is? Ask Black people. Don't ask the media.
Now, here is the question. Why would anyone bring Boko Haram into this?
