I agree and I do not feel connected to this country in the slightest.

I feel very bad for the black students but if I was marching, I would make sure my life was about my education first and marching second. Carry a book bag around with your books inside and pull the sucker out to study at stopping points.

I just don't understand their approach... Did they really think this would work?
Where would they draw the line?

What if you are protesting planned parenthoods... Or union issues... Could you just protest anything and get a pass on your semester??

Hah... So dumb.

You should try some of the other Paradises in this world.
You are one of the fortunate few that can afford to say something like this.

Try living in a shack in Mexico.

Aren't there numerous complaints about being "singled out" by cops?
That a perfect example that backs up my original statement.

I dont have an agenda... But it's good to know you assume other people's intentions. That seems healthy.

Or maybe it was a pathetic deflection

The 'cite the source' wasn't about wanting equality, it was the, 'yet they want special treatment' part.

At least you tried. Carry on.

So this is an interesting story I just stumbled upon.
To break it down, students are requesting that their professors not fail a single minority this semester because of the recent protests and headlines.

LOL. The stupidity! Why don't they look at it as a sacrifice on their part to protest even though they could have been at school studying and completing class work assignments. Anything worthwhile costs. If they get everything free then they paid no price for their beliefs.

Wow. That is appalling.

These 'students' are making an absolute mockery of what they claim to care about.

Yep, Blacks sure do have political power in areas where there is a large Black population.
