I agree and I do not feel connected to this country in the slightest.
I feel very bad for the black students but if I was marching, I would make sure my life was about my education first and marching second. Carry a book bag around with your books inside and pull the sucker out to study at stopping points.
Hi there. OP here... And I stand by what I said.
In my experience (growing up in inner Milwaukee and going to a high school that was over 90% black)... I found that, yes... Most just wanted equality. To be treated the same. If you really think a source is needed for that statement, you are out of your mind.
Aren't there numerous complaints about being "singled out" by cops?
That a perfect example that backs up my original statement.
I dont have an agenda... But it's good to know you assume other people's intentions. That seems healthy.
Or maybe it was a pathetic deflection
The 'cite the source' wasn't about wanting equality, it was the, 'yet they want special treatment' part.
So this is an interesting story I just stumbled upon.
To break it down, students are requesting that their professors not fail a single minority this semester because of the recent protests and headlines.
LOL. The stupidity! Why don't they look at it as a sacrifice on their part to protest even though they could have been at school studying and completing class work assignments. Anything worthwhile costs. If they get everything free then they paid no price for their beliefs.

Everyone who signed the petition should be failed.....they're not ready for the real world.
