Sadly, Darrell Wilson's life has been ruined by this incident anyway, even though he did nothing wrong, as well as many business burned to the ground and may never rebuild, people injured in violence and riots, and a city is left in tatters. There are no winners here.
Do Tell. There was never a civil rights violation in the first place. It was just political pandering by the Obama Administration.
This is absolutely true - there were even early 'leaks' from the DOJ's office that there were NO Civil Rights violations, no case at all. The DOJ was involved in every aspect of the Ferguson investigation almost from day one. The Brown shooting was very much like the Martin shooting - lot of empty rhetoric to stir up the crowds and threats of all sorts .... like the Civil Rights Violations that never were.
And for what? They knew from almost the very beginning they had NOTHING - but they Gruber'd the crowds just for grins and ideology. They are sick puppies and don't care at all about tearing a town apart, lives apart and causing as much Racial unrest as possible.
People are tired of this stuff -- way more than tired of it.
This new "war on cops" is not going to turn out well.
They needed about 10 seconds to come up with this ruling.
The rest has just been a dog and pony show to appear like they were diligently investigating.
