Any "agency" big enough to actually spray their own citizens with chemicals, is an agency big enough to shut down any attempt to bring whatever secret(s) they have to light. If those attempts are law suits, news stories, pictures, video, what have you.

No, there's not. That was years ago, and Marmon never actually followed through. This was covered at length in the last chemtrail thread a month or so ago.
Cloud seeding has nothing to do with chemtrails. Seeding is done in the troposphere - where the weather is - while so-called chemtrails are supposedly "sprayed" in the stratosphere.
"Chemtrails" is what people who are afraid of clouds call persistent jet contrails.
Cloud seeding was done during the Viet Nam war, right? Popeye Project. Or Project Popeye or some such. To get an "edge" and have the torrential rains somehow be to "our" advantage? Wasnt there a JFK speech demanding the research/money to continue into weather modification? Then he talked about Space and all that...
Was JUST NOW at the wunderground site and looked at Chicago weather from 60's to present. Seems 1972 there were not sooo many clear sunny days as previous months/years.
Actually, I remember 1971 as being the MOST wonderful sunny summer. 72? NO. Even winter months seem to have many more clear sunny skies previous to 1972.
What happened to having two - three days of clear skies? Seems now it is a CLEAR sky until around 10 or 11 am?!! Then some strange haze. Odd clouds. Blocking out sun...
2/17 - Fleming requested that his court costs and fees be waived due to his lack of financial resources (forma pauperis).
2/18 - Judge Harwell G Davis, III denied the motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis and recommended that the case be dismissed without prejudice. He gave the parties involved 14 days to file an appeal - as of this writing, there are two days left.
