If you're a politician who wants to regulate what people can and cannot wear, go to Iran. You'll fit right in.

This is absurd. Yes, sagging pants look stupid, but it shouldn't be a crime. Any person with any sense should be able to see that this is blatant government overreach.

Ya know, that's really true! It's like Facebook: Once the adults started using it so much, the kids have left!

I'm sure that's exactly what the cops want to do...

Absolutely, and of course that is the argument that women have been making since my wife and I met and lived on the beach (Windansea, La Jolla, CA). I just don't see why boobs must be covered up. Three are plenty of old men (and some younger ones) who have boobs as big as some women [LOL] and they don't have to cover up! And women's breasts are pretty!

You get the idea. It was basically to try and keep the gangbanger or wanna be gangbanger types out. Now, not everyone who dressed like that was a gangbanger of course. But the clubs felt that the gangbanger types were the ones who caused the most problems. Mix in excessive drinking too, and things could interesting really quick.

As long as it's a private business and everyone is treated the same, I have no problem with it.

I don't think the government should be implementing any type of dress code. Whenever something like this is tried, you can bet, it's the freedom loving Republicans behind it.

I wouldn't go that far to arrest for someone wearing "droopy drawers". What holds 'em up tho? What chances one takes that they slip down as they're on an escalator and the material gets stuck.

There's no women in prison. Lol.

Why don't they ban cleavage? Breast cleavage that is.

Why should women be able to walk around looking like they want to get...

Yea. Think about what you say. Go feminism.

P.S. I'm coming to defense of the gay culture that may do it, and what its associated with. I'm not anti-women's cleavage or sagging. Just making the comparison.

Very true. Women's boobs are a lot more pleasing to look at than man-boobs.

I agree. The government on any level should butt out! As for some of those freedom loving republicans who would support it, well that isn't very "conservative" or "small government" of them, now is it?

You really think that people sag their pants at a job interview?

Anyway, the law is dumb and will be tossed on challenge.
