I've never heard of the "Fourth Estate" so am very dubious of the truthfulness of this story, to say the least, unless/until it is confirmed by mainstream press.
It's a very common term for "the press" in general not a specific source, it's been around for hundreds of years.
Lol, so he was walking around for a week with 80% severed spine and crushed windpipe? And he died as soon as the officers delicately placed him in the cruiser?
No one can move around on the street just a week later following any serious spine or neck surgery. If there was any surgery done, it had to be minor, right? How does a minor surgery result in 80% severed spine?
I don't know how people can say "case closed." Especially because the source seems dubious.

Not true. They have you up and walking in short order nowadays.
I was expecting this. Police do not purposely hurt people they are arresting. First thing I said to my husband was that I would like to see his medical records. Case closed or should be.
Does anyone else see a pattern of the police being blamed and riots happening for no reason?
Case is not closed.
Res Ipsa Loquitur . Man walks/runs before encounter with police. Man paralyzed after encounter with police. “The thing speaks for itself.” A doctrine under which it can be demonstrated that the injury was caused by means under the defendant’s exclusive control and would not have occurred in the absence of negligence.

The article link in the original post is to a website called the "The Fourth Estate". Not mainstream press by any means and certainly not around for hundreds of years.

I really can't figure out if this is supposed to be factious? A joke? Speaking Ironically?
