You left out rampant corruption, political apathy, misogyny, a severe lack of respect towards women, gays and often Blacks and other minorities.
It's problems also stems from it's "culture".
You also seem to forget that it is these issues (among others) that is the MAJOR cause of their problems there and why they are literally dying trying to immigrate here illegally.
In Europe, Muslim communities have been growing significantly. If you look at the birth rate there, clearly you understand why many Europeans fear about their future. The structural birthrates suggest that in a generation or two, Muslim influence will be tremendous in Europe. Their culture, languages, and policy preferences will re shape europe.
Here in the United states, a similar trend is happening with the high birth rates and incredible immigration rates from central america, including but are not limited to Mexico.
Demographics is a society's destiny. Give it adequate time, both WesternEurope and North America will inevitably have to reflect the culture and value systems of its new demographic composition.
Given such trends, there are things westerners can do to adapt. For instance, learn the languages of these immigrants, adapt to their value system, re negotiate laws and regulations, re consider social norms regardi marriage, gender, sexual orientation, etc.
One thing common about both trends is that it all happened before. And many of these immigrants are just claiming their home that was lost to the west.
Very interesting trends. It probably won't happen in my lifetime, but this is going to be talked about tremendously a thousand years from now.
How about these "immigrants" assimilate with Americans? We're America, not some other country they came from. Instead of stooping down to their level, they need to come up to ours.

The problem is our left, which is largely white. They want to talk people out to hard work, out of family, and out of religion. Hopefully third world Immigration will eventually change the dominance of white liberalism.

It's likely that neither Islam nor Christianity will exist in a thousand years.
But my point is that they will be significant topics to be discussed about history. The United states will cease to exist long before these religions disappear.

If the Indian and Spanish influenced societies of central and south America, and Mexico immigrate to the U.S. in large enough numbers, and given time change the culture from that of the anglo settlers to the 'hispanic' culture then those values that established the U.S. will be lost forever.
If you can't maintain your own home then it's not likely you will do so in the fantasy land called Aztlan. You can witness a like phenomena in the society that currently is waiting for that great unknown gift from the land of plenty... called 'something for nothing'
