It is common sense it is a deterrent.
Nope, by criminologists and statisticians. There is simply no evidence it acts as a deterrent. Common sense also tells you that.

Sure, that is a reasonable and defendable argument for capital punishment. But pretending it deters people in any significant numbers is not defendable.

Sure as hell deters the person that is executed, from ever comitting another crime.
The problem is, people escape, injure others in prison, or are let out by liberal judges/parole boards. Life doesnt mean life. The death penalty removes those problems.

It's always about cost for me, not about giving or taking anything from liberals.

Sure, another reasonable and defendable argument for capital punishment. But it isn't anything to do with deterrence.

Lets at least give them a year with all appeals and the like to be conducted.
The days of stringing up horse thieves at the end of a rope is long gone, and 30 days is nothing within the criminal justice system.
A minimum of 3 appeals should be allowed.

We should certainly put a stop to the absurd games of lawyers finding loopholes, like the judges signature looks wrong, therefore they file an appeal to have it reconfirmed.
I am not sure in the history of criminal justice, that a judges signature was ever forged, so why allow such rubbish?

Joe is just a sock puppet for people like AOC, her Jihad Squad, and the rest of the Leftists, who would love to have the likes of Tsarnaev, Nadal Hasan, and millions of Illegal Immigrants voting for team Blue

And all dental, medical, eye, food, shelter, water, heating, cooling, wardrobe, linens, bedding, etc. at who's expense for the next 60 years? Ef that guy. I say use him as a beltless crash test dummy. I'd love to view him hit the dash and into a cement wall at 110mph @ 1000 frames per second, over and over again.
