Disappointment in Obama leads some blacks to ask: Is voting even worth it? - The Washington Post

Obama may be taking the heat but it is the entire Democratic Party that is to blame for their problems. Keep
Feeding the beast with votes and it will eventually consume you.

The good part of this is there starting to wake up.

We're Democrats. We'll remain Democrats.

Whatever dissatisfaction we have with Obama, we have tens times as much with Conservative Republicans.

So, don't go getting your hopes up.

Oh..last thing...quit hoping that we'll stop voting.

Eh...your choice. You want to keep voting D when Ds stopped caring about the poor, middle and working classes and now put illegal aliens first, then go for it. Neither party is looking our for Americans but at one time I expected much, much more from the Ds.

No you didn't.

Moreover, Republicans are no better on the issues you mentioned...the poor, working-class, or illegal immigration. But you'll be voting for them any way. MAybe you should scrutinize your own vote and stop worrying about the black vote.

And please...don't come at me with "I'm not a Republican and I hate both parties" .nonsense.

Um, yes did. At one time I was a staunch democrat. I grew up hearing stories about how much dems did for the poor, working and middle classes and was primarily raised in a very blue state.

In recent years, I noticed how it was the dems who fought the hardest against making E-verify the law of the land. I didn't like Reagan and didn't vote for him thus I was appalled when he pushed for---and got---the 1986 amnesty. Then, I saw how the dems reneged on their promise to secure the border and keep illegals out of the work force.

You don't know me so it's awfully presumptuous of you to assume that I love republicans. I've been voting for over 40 years. In all that time, except for 2 elections, I voted for a dem for president. The other 2 times---1 time was for a third party candidate.

That makes no sense at all. Why would millions of middle class conservatives give a rats butt about the Billionaires?

Seems to me many Democrats pander to and are the richest people in the US.
You've been buying the load of crap the Dems lay out.
