Sorry...that is not the way it unfolds. The question is why the cop grabbed the woman in the first place. And then a mess of kids come flying to her defense. Would you really take that to a jury with a couple of blacks on it? Or women? Maybe if you can get 12 white male rednecks.

And the charges tend to indicate you are wrong. Attacking a LEO is virtually always a felony. And they did not charge that. So you can be sure if the kids did charge the cop the cops know better than to try to assert it. The cop is beating up mom and you want the kids held to be felons for coming to the rescue? Even the cops know better than to try to stick that one.

Perhaps the cop went after the woman because she was causing a disturbance. Ever thought of that? The pool employee told 911 that the people were beating on the cop. She was there you were not. The truth unfolds not your idea of it.

Watching the progression of videos now.

Uh huh.

Nonsense. If she was beating on a cop that is felony territory. No felony.

Basically the pool screwed up and let an incident get out of control. And some probably white young thing panicked at all those black kids given a cop a hard time. That is a constitutional right by the way. You are always allowed to give a cop or a pool attendant a hard time. It is not a crime.

Watch. All charges end up dismissed and 18 months down the calendar the two black ladies get $50K.

Ohh and that will be to avoid the cost of continued litigation...

Dream on. Videos don't lie, and it's right there showing them hitting the cop.

I expect that they won't be charged. Minorities, especially when throwing their little temper tantrums, are not held to the same standards as whites. A white kid punching a cop would be behind bars and no one would make excuses for the thug. When it's a black one, they are the poor, innocent victim.

Looks like the black lady was getting violent. She touched the cop first. No surprise, here.
