Ah, here is the decision.

What say we all read it and then comment?

Me too. Remember that the philosophy of several Justices (in fact the Conservatives) has been to leave undisturbed decisions made through the proper political process, as the Unaffordable Care Act was...despite zero votes from Republicans as the Dems controlled all branches at the time.

The Unaffordable and I Don't Care Act is a dumbass plan which hurts a lot more people than it helps but it did get approved through the process correctly.

Oh, Fat Tony. I already had the popcorn ready.
A conservative member of SCOTUS really doesn't even need to be a scholar of the law to do their jobs. All they do is figure out what the right wing GOP position on any issue is and write a few pages of nonsense to back up their predetermined decision.

Several members of the current SCOTUS could be replaced with a Fox News viewer opinion poll without any discernible difference.

Agreed -- but would a Fox poll be as thoroughly entertaining as Scalia? I mean, the guy is a petulant child, but at least he's a funny petulant child.

So I guess I will stay uninsured. To make sure deadbeats aren't leeching off of me. And the fine is cheaper mitigated to zero by my tax credits.

To those who say my taxes are already used as subsidies, I say this; my effective tax rate is zero. Again by said tax credits.
