Example #2, The Bible says to help the poor and heal the sick. And Fox/Rush says to oppose welfare, oppose high min wages, and oppose healthcare for all.
Who do republicans follow in matters of the poor and sick? Republicans follow Fox/Rush in matters of the poor and sick (and totally ignore God and the Bible.)
Yes the Bible says to help the poor and sick. It does not say to confiscate the funds to do so at gunpoint. That is what the Democrats do. Republicans donate more to charity than Democrats, and they do real good, not the phony symbolistic lip service that the Dems try to pass off as "caring".
American fascism will not be really dangerous," he added in the next paragraph, "until there is a purposeful coalition among the cartelists, the deliberate poisoners of public information..."
"They claim to be super-patriots, but they would destroy every liberty guaranteed by the Constitution. They demand free enterprise, but are the spokesmen for monopoly and vested interest. Their final objective toward which all their deceit is directed is to capture political power so that, using the power of the state and the power of the market simultaneously, they may keep the common man in eternal subjection."
Roosevelt also said,
Quote:
"These economic royalists complain that we seek to overthrow the institutions of America. What they really complain of is that we seek to take away their power."
We can see the same tactics used today where if you are not for the Crony Capitalists infesting DC then you are just a Commie, while ironically utilizing cheap labor where workers have no rights in Communist Countries.
The Crony Capitalists do not want to just exist in the market place, they want to own the market place and use the government to make it happen.
Which is no surprise to me. It isn't money that actually makes us happy. And this I dare say "capitalist" obsession with money, actually makes us less happy. And the same basic mechanisms that are dragging down the happiness in China, are dragging down the happiness in America as well..
So does the socialist obsession with other people's money make us more happy?

It's highly amusing when a non believer quotes the Bible. And it's almost always a mis-quote.
The Bible does not say "steal from some people and give the money to other people" as the Democratic party advocates. Giving away other people's money is not charity.
Democrats have no charity. They just take other people's money and give it to others. That's theft, not charity.
So do Dems follow the devil in matters of the poor and the sick? Only the devil would lead them to stealing other people's money.
No one but brainwashed leftists call HuffPo and Mother Jones "credible". I once cited Mother Jones for a paper, but it was only because I was completely destroying their argument, which had something to do with abolishing the electoral college because they were butt hurt that Al Gore lost the 2000 presidential election.
I read/post sources from the Heritage Foundation, Forbes, and other conservative groups. And I even read/post sources from Fox/Rush (on issues they don't regularly lie about.)
I get my information from all groups and I decide for myself who to trust. But Fox news and Rush radio tells republicans who to trust and who to believe.
And I know HuffPo and Mother Jones slant to the left, and they are also influenced by labor unions and groups like the NAACP.
But Fox/Rush is controlled by large corporations and they lie 100x more than HuffPo and Mother Jones.
And if you disagree with the above statement I can prove it.
And if you disagree with the above statement I can prove it.
No, you cannot. You might be able to prove it to yourself but that doesn't count.
