You are arguing that there is no proof simply because I dont have the DOJ and Consumer Finance Bureau numbers in front of me ?
HA HA HA, that logic wouldnt even work on a 5 year old.
And by your own admission, everything you have said is just a claim. Good to know that you can cancel out your own argument like that.
We'll never be with progressive libs playing racial politics. If you want a post racial society either segregate the society or at least make all the races sink or swim on their own accord without the government constantly putting a thumb on the scale.
Not sure why people try to make it a conservative/liberal issue when it is an American one. If you want a post-racial society, start acting like there really is one human race and remove race as much as possible from forms etc. Remove its emphasis. Eventually it will fade. But so many people on both sides would be against that because race has become culture for them...

You and the government are making the claim. Where is the proof? That all Honda dealers discriminate against anyone and everyone based just on 'skin color' not being white.
It depends on why they are paying more. If it is simply because they are blond then of course it is discrimination.
So these dealerships had policies that stated blacks WILL ALWAYS pay more regardless of credit score? I wonder if any savy blacks got rates as good or better than many whites?

I've asked the question and didn't get a reply. Surely some whites, as white as the driven snow, with equal or better credit scores paid a higher interest rate than some blacks as black as midnight. How do progs explain these anomalies in their rock solid disparate outcome based solely on skin color theory? Where are these whites' refunds?

Democrats and the left do not want a post-racial society and in fact would panic right out in the open if there was any real chance we might get one. The Democrats have been exploiting race in a divisive manner for as long as they have been a party. They would regard this as an outrage and protest this as something taken away from them.
The Republicans and conservatives on the other hand would celebrate out in the street. What a great day it would be if nobody was discriminated against because of their skin color, and we indeed did have a "colorblind" society. I think it sounds great, but unfortunately I cannot imagine it happening during our lifetimes.
