This has nothing to do with intelligence. The rates offered was not the same, and the only way you would actually know that is to actually ask someone who recently purchased a car from that dealership that was in most or all ways similar to the one you want to purchase.

Dealers offer you whatever deal they think you will take end of story. Because extra special groups accepted a deal, the government wants to come in and sweeten the deal just so no white person ever accomplish more than an extra special non white person. The government is racist.

your credit ratings is based on your ability to pay your bills on time, length of liability and so forth.

Your personal accomplishments have nothing to do with your credit score.

Proof? Why must the dealer offer everyone the same rate in the first place when the rate is negotiable to begin with and depends on your credit worthiness?

Where is the proof broken down by credit score and income, down payment, loan amount and race and resultant "initial interest rate offered"?

The proof is in the article where it already stated that the rates werent based on credit and that is how they broke the law.

You clearly didnt read the source material.

How can you say that? Why wouldn't Honda want whites to pay higher rates too?

So no proof. The rates were based on negotiation, not to mention income, down payment and loan amount, length of alone etc, being a repeat and loyal customer etc. Just a claim that extra special non-whites on average accepted a higher negotiable rate than whites on average whatever white means today to for government's purposes, jewish, non-European Caucasians, sometimes Hispanics.

If dumb blondes end up paying more for cars is that discrimatory?

It seems to me that if a dumb blonde walks in she'll probably pay what will make the dealership the most money. I actually had one in my family...she didn't even know that the price of cars was negotiable - I looked at her "deal" and instantly knew she overpaid by about $2-3k.
