Yet the woman is the one who get's pregnant. The man can jump on a train and disappear. I would say it's in her interest to say NO much louder. And I still don't understand why an innocent baby has to pay the price for her inability to assert or control herself.

I've never understood this impulse to blame liberals for out-of-wedlock irresponsibility when the facts show teen pregnancy rates are generally highest in conservative states, where abstinence education and the values you espouse are strongest:
