A university of Cincinnati cop shoot and killed an unarmed driver off campus.
Shooting at :55 seconds with no warning.
The officer has been indicted for murder and has turned himself in. He initially claimed that he was being dragged by the car when he shot.
The car rolled away after the driver was shot in the head.
The victim's family has retained a great lawyer - Mark O'Mara - (Zimmerman's lawyer)
If you mean that cops are being charged with murder for defending themselves and protecting the public anytime a black life is involved, then yes, it is just sad.
As I said before, the standard courtroom procedure of taking a cop's word over that of a regular citizen should be re-evaluated. If there is no video, IMO it is just he said/she said. Sad, but until cops can be shown to actually be honest - their word should mean nothing.
To all the bad cops out there, if you are smart, you will get out and take a job you are actually qualified for - maybe garbage collection, warehouse work, or some other job where you don't deal with the public - with the advent of cameras everywhere, and more to come, your time is limited.

This is your response to a straight up execution carried out by this cop?

We must have watched two different videos here if you think that's what this incident was about.
While I will confess I could not see the victim's right hand at the time of the shot this looks like the most blatant case of cold blooded murder by a cop that I have ever seen.
I cannot see any justification for use of deadly force
The video isn't great but I understand there is more video supporting the charge of murder.
The University has already killed its officers from patrling anywhere but on campus
I see prison and a huge payout. The ex officer lied... which will seal his self made fate.
Poorly trained.. absolutely horrible tactics .
No way to minimize this... even though at trail I imagine he will try... I see a plea bargain
Interesting phrasing. It may enough sense to the grand jury that they indicted him with murder to which Hamilton County prosecutor Joe Deter stated: “This is, without question, a murder. He didn’t do anything violent to the officer. He wasn’t ‘dragging’ him. [Tensing] intentionally pulled out his gun and shot him in the head.”
