If you are responsible for them you better be able to control them. making them put their shirts on and sitting in the shade is exactly what the day care should have done and if they can't then they need to be out of business.

I'm dark complected, however, still burned and spent everyday by either the pool or the ocean?
However, these kids were burnt bad.....and it angers me....that someone would be so stupid?

Its like leaving a kid in a hot car?

kids today might not listen, however, my son and his friends back in the day certainly would have, besides, I have a scary military voice, that would scare the pants off of "The Rock" !
