According to Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-IA), at least two of the emails contained “Top Secret, Sensitive Compartmented Information.”
An ordinary person–or even a well-known leader like General David Petraeus–would be prosecuted for moving classified information onto a private system. And that is just the beginning of her legal problems.
Wow, truly amazes me how if this were your average joe they'd be in prison for decades faster than a new york minute yet because she has money, influence, being the wife of an ex president and being a woman she is very likely to get off scot free! There is no justice in this world!
I sure wish I was rich, a politician and had friends in the highest of places, then I could steal loads of money from people and cover up information that got people killed and never have to worry about being caught!

I doubt it, but the fact that she isn't is a clear example of the double standard that is applied to political elites vs. the rank and file. Indeed, had a lower level worker pulled what she did, s/he'd probably be in a CIA black site now faux choking on water.

Like so many politicians Republican and Democrat she is dirty. I cant stand her, IMO she gets a reprimand and that's about it. No criminal charges and she gets elected as the first female President of the USA,

She is not going to prison. She gave them all the emails. She has nothing to hide.
Except for all the emails that got deleted because she and her people decided that they were "personal" which one is only left to speculate on whether to take her claims at face value. I think its fairly obvious that she didnt want a paper trail that would come back to haunt her in her quest for the presidency but she stepped into it bigtime anyways.
This is a perfect example why we should insist that all public business gets done through public systems, this private email server bit is absolute horse****.
She won't be going to prison because her team is conducting the investigation. However, she should be. It is now known that she had not only classified information on her server, but top secret information. What is more, there could be additional felonies, such as obstruction of justice, if there was an attempt to delete those e-mails.
My flying guess is that Lynch is pursuing this because Omama wants Biden to run. He notoriously hates Clinton and I have always believed that he and Biden are legitmate friends.
If I am right, look for Hillary to drop out of the race due to "health issues." If not, look for the investigation to go nohwere.
For better or for worse, she's not going anywhere.
Anything incriminating was destroyed along time ago. It's just another show for the public.
