Roll in the provision of Medicare and Medicaid into one program. When people reach the Age of "65" the services are available to them . PERIOD !!!!! - LETS REMOVE THE SILLINESS FROM THE PROGRAM AND MAKE IT 123 SIMPLE.
This is American, we don't need a program with all this craziness, we need a simple program and we can make that happen.

Get rid of this part A and part B and part D crap - at age 65 people are enrolled and it rolls into one program with all the benefits available to those who need it.

Quote:
There is no reason for anyone over the age of 65 to go through the madness of all the paper work and collusive wording. Simply the system - at Age 65 - you get your hospital, medical , LTC (long term care), assisted living, Home Health Care and what ever is needed, as part of your program benefits.
It will save the system 100's of billions, to be ONE "COMPLETE" PROGRAM at age 65 - then contract provisions with medical facilities of every type can register, and prescription medication can be contracted with all pharmaceutical companies for fixed low cost medication for everyone over the age of 65. ANY COMPANY THAT DOES NOT REGISTER, WILL BE EXCLUDED FROM ANY AND ALL FEDERAL AND STATE FUNDS RELATED TO HEALTH CARE FOR SENIORS. This will make the greedy medical facilities fade away and not be able to selectively rip off the system, and only those who have HONESTY AND SINCERE concern for people will thrive.

People young than 65, can have the program to function based on their needs, but all services will be available based on their condition and needs.

This is 'the best avenue for Senior citizen nationwide health care". and health care for those under 65 based on their needs.

There is no need to attach a premium to senior citizens, unless it is one fixed cost for everyone who earn under 20K a year i.e. $85. a month. and have a different cost structure for people who earn over 20k a year. i.e. $200. a month.
MANDATE ALL HOSPITALS TO ACCEPT MEDICARE PROGRAM PATIENTS WHO ARE OVER THE AGE OF 65, OR IF THEY DON'T PARTICIPATE, THEY GET ABSOLUTELY "0$" FROM ANY STATE/FEDERAL PROGRAM.

We the people can make this system work, to take care of our Senior Citizen.

IF this program was put in place, there would be massive construction building across this nation of Long Term Health care facilities, Assisted Living housing developments, and we'd see a boom in building facilities and a boom in health care trained people who will rush in to support these facilities and program participants.

Quote:
I will create a form to be filled out and submitted to the congress person - and mailed in by people who understand and grasp the benefit this could be for our senior citizens, construction and health care workers and for our government to have a simplified program that removes all the garbage red tape from the process and program.

I remember when they simplified our taxes too.... Once they were done simplifying, you had to have an accountant to do your personal taxes.

THING PROGRESSIVELY not NEGATIVELY.

For the one who said get rid of it, evidentally has no respect for the MILLIONS of American's who NEED this service. Geez., how much more self-centered and heartless can American people become.

As to the one who said, who's going to pay for it. IT IS ALREADY BEING PAID FOR, GEEZ... THE POINT IS CONSOLIDATE IT AND SIMPLIFY IT AND SAVE $$$BILLION IN DOING SO, AND PROVIDE STREAMLINED SERVICE PROVISIONS.

Sad to say it, but some of the commenters have to be Republican's because they are the only ones who think in heartless ideology and tripping about paying for something, without realizing its already paid for.

When this era of Right Wingers die off maybe the next generation if they have not already infected them, will be more humane in their regard for the social, civic and health conscience awareness of people.

People in American better hope the right wingers are not allowed to BUY their way into the office of President. If they do, they will FINISH the destruction of American they started in the early 2000's up to the crash in 2007/8. Already they think they did not destroy enough during that period and are lusting to destroy more.

Medicare and Medicaid has saved countless lives and can and will continue to do so for years to come, as long as the right wingers are not allowed to destroy the program. A combined program can and will help million more people live and help many seniors with their health care needs.

First you said it would save 100's of billions, now you say it will save billions. How are you accounting for the savings? Please back up your claims ( which are changing ) with facts.

They are two systems because one is a entitlement funded thru payroll deduction and tax on employers. The other is a welfare program funded thru general fund.
