So sad that they even had a child in the vicinity to watch such a horrific act.
But did want to mention that child soldiers are not rare and children frequently are used and forced to perpetuate or view horrible acts of violent.
They are also not something of the long ago past like the Crusades.
Many third world countries unfortunately utilize child soldiers. Many African countries did and continue to use them. The child soldiers of Liberia and Sierra Leone in their conflicts in the past 10-15 years especially come to mind. Both are primarily Christian countries. South American countries and Asian countries have also used children to commit atrocious acts. So ISIS is not unique in this regard even by today's standard but regardless it is still sickening.
And the world stands by and does nothing.
The world's armies need to steamroll over ISIS like we (the USA) did the Iraq armies in Desert Storm. But this time annihilate them. No prisoners taken and no restraints of political correctness. Just wipe them off the face of the earth. Sorry for the innocents, or "collateral damage" but destroy them we must. Instead we stand by and feign outrage when these J.V. terrorists commit some atrocity. And then we get back to some other really important crisis like Deflate Gate.
The Western world (everyone not Muslim) shoot heed these warnings and be prepared to loose the Four Horseman on ALL of Islam. They have already started the final war with us. We need to realize is our enemy and we need to destroy them. We have to win this War and win it as soon as we can. This is not a war with rules. There are no rules and only one allowable result and that is eliminating Islam from the planet.

For every martyr created in an extermination campaign two new recruits would sign up. The best that can be done is to keep them out of civilized countries. Protect the oil flow if need be but otherwise let the Muslims deal with it themselves.

you fail to understand what "the muslims" want.
they have no intention of staying over there. they are enjoined by their god to bring this war to the entire planet.
This is not a problem that will just go away. Al Qaeda yesterday, ISIS today - the issue is radical ISlam, and it will be an issue for a long time. Whether we send ground troops, carpet bomb areas, etc. it's bizarre that every single solution does not absolutely start with locking our borders and halting all immigration from the Middle East and Africa,
