You don't even make any sense. In areas where slavery was ended and Jim Crow laws didn't exist, Blacks have more European heritage and less African heritage. The actual facts refute your claim.

The facts you are stating have nothing to do with my claim. Neither does the map you posted negate European heritage in African-Americans...most of which stemmed from those days. Mixed unions today are still a small minority.

Blacks are not predisposed! Most black people are middle class and law abiding citizens. The low class blacks are empowered by BLM, liberal BS, and know they can get away with violence in our current Obama culture. He has given them license to be violent.
