Employed persons by detailed industry, sex, race, and Hispanic or Latino ethnicity

Are statistics racist?[/quote] what statistics??

Economics is another factor driving the upward mobility of Hispanics/Latinos. An analysis by the Pew Hispanic Center found that, over the year ending March 31, 2004, 29 percent of new jobs created in the US were taken by noncitizens -- mostly Hispanics/Latinos. That means businesses are going to need more Hispanic/Latino managers and supervisory personnel. ( 15 yrs ago)

This is already happening in construction. "Nowadays, managers have to be able to speak Spanish -- it's fast becoming a job requirement," says a US Bureau of Labor Statistics economist who studies the building trades. It's easy to see why. Hispanics/Latinos make up 58.6 percent of drywall installers and 51.5 percent of cement masons, according to the BLS. Currently, 16.5 percent of the first-line construction supervisors are Hispanic/Latino -- and that percentage will rise.

According to BLS projections, the occupation with the largest job growth between 2010 and 2020 will be registered nurses.
Hispanics/Latinos comprise 32.5 percent of all "miscellaneous media and communication workers." These are the employees who keep the TV programs and presses rolling.

By 2050, Latinos are expected to make up 24 percentof the labor force.

Not necessarily so. In the accomodations industry hiring managers they prefer Latinas or Eastern Europeans doing room service because they are less threatening to white patrons when compared to blacks or poor whites! There is a perception that such people are more likely to rifle through your possessions when you are out of the room often for many hours.

I'm sure he is so tone deaf he has no idea why that is offensive. I thought Kasich was one of the smarter Republican candidates, but apparently I was mistaken.
It's about Santa Clause Democrats who will give money to everyone and bankrupt the country.
Hispanics like other people on the dole will all vote Democrat for access to our Treasury dollars.
Few in the first couple of generations are not on welfare.

None of these Hispanics would vote for anything where they can't get stuff.

It's even funnier when people like you pretend to know what other people do in their lives based on a few posts here on CD. There's no burden of proof on me, I have cold hard facts on my side and they've already been linked in this thread. If you need help reading them let me know, I'd be more than happy to help you out.

Yeah the chickens on the view said something along the same lines and they are hardcore liberals.

It's quite simple really, Democrats know that blacks will continue to vote for them in droves no matter what they say or do. This thread proves that pretty well, just look at the ignorance coming from SHABAZZ. Democrats also know they have to cultivate the Hispanic voting base in order to create a locked up voting group like they've done with back folks.

I was in Boston, no Hispanics and Americans were doing all the jobs without illegals.
PS: My wife who pays lots of taxes was born in Mexico and seeing other family, it's about being on the dole. For that reason they love the dole Democrats.

And this is why the GOP will not win any Hispanics or minority voters. They can't, or refuse, to see the human beings that reside beyond their own ingrained, obdurate stereotypes.

The left hopes you keep up this kind of myopic stereotyping for years to come.
