Democrats have the welfare vote pretty much sewn up. That's why their policies always result in higher rates of poverty, and they focus on making sure more have to rely on the various forms of welfare.
Hispanics will never vote Republican because Republicans can't out-Democrat the Democrats at handing them the white man's things. It's not any more complicated than that.

Fast food industry in CA as well. They are making Spanish mandatory to work and only hire other Hispanics when in the position to do so. No love of the USA EITHER. You stole it, now give me welfare and your job gringo.
