COMPLAINTS ABOUT THE CONSTITUTION?
YOU ARE JOKING - - - -

“What Constitution?”

STATE OF EMERGENCY
. . . .
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/State_o...#United_States
As of October 2014, thirty states of emergency remain in effect, one reaching as far back as the Roosevelt Administration.

United States, Senate Report 93-549 states: "That since March 09, 1933 the United States has been in a state of declared national emergency." Proclamation No. 2039 declared by President Franklin D. Roosevelt on March 9, 1933. This declared national emergency has never been revoked and has been codified into the US Code (12 U.S.C. 95a and b).
. . . .
Senate Report 93-549
War and Emergency Powers Acts
"A majority of the people of the United States have lived all of their lives under emergency rule. For 40 years (as of the report 1933-1973), freedoms and governmental procedures guaranteed by the Constitution have, in varying degrees, been abridged by laws brought into force by states of national emergency."

FREEDOMS ... GUARANTEED BY THE CONSTITUTION ... HAVE BEEN ABRIDGED BY LAWS ... UNDER EMERGENCY RULE ...

Constitutional U.S.A. (1787 - 1933) R.I.P.

. . .
Americans have lived under a two party perpetually indebted benevolent communist totalitarian police state dictatorship* using emergency rules for 82 years (2015) ... and still haven't a clue that the constitutional government has been dead since 1933.

They have amendments of the laws all the time- constitutionally women and slaves could vote- BUT state laws went against the constitution to implement their views--- today you can equate that to CO. and the weed laws vs Federal laws-- so we do not all live under ONE law or ordinances- and not all states peruse the breaking of some laws--not even cities do - as the Sanctuary cities.

I'd say that if one hates the Constitution, and the ideals in which this country was founded on, then why stay?

How have they done that? First off, in the constitution laws are allowed to be written if they are deemed necessary and proper providing they are not unconstitutional otherwise. Second off, while many point to discrimination laws for example being state rights which is covered in the constitution (10th amendment), however they still are unconstitutional based on the 14th amendment and sometimes the first and 15th amendments. These are just a few off the top of my head.

As others have stated, try to change it. But that would be exercising your First Amendment right. Or do you only want to get rid of some parts of it? If so, which parts?

Amendment I Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

I like how he says "written mainly by warriors".

Shows how much he really knows.

Those 'warriors' made provision for changing the Constitution, allowing it to evolve with the times. Unless you disagree with the entire concept, in which case you're probably living in the wrong country, what's the problem?
